This Privacy Policy explains how The Cobraverse Company LLC ("Cobraverse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit cobraverse.net and our related sites and services (the "Services"), including any mobile applications we publish. The Cobraverse Company LLC is a media studio that produces video games, videos, and merchandise. You can contact us any time through our contact form.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond to you. We only use this information to reply to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand general site usage (such as page views, referring sites, browser type, and approximate country). 3. Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Services:
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to our email. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
- Etsy — our merchandise is sold through our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/TheCobraverseCompany). If you visit our shop or make a purchase, Etsy independently collects and processes your information (including order and payment details) under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control. - GitHub Pages — hosts this website and may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site.
- YouTube — some pages may embed videos; YouTube may set cookies and collect data under Google's policies.
4. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some third-party features above (for example, embedded YouTube videos, or Etsy if you visit our shop) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective policies.
